CranioSacral Therapy

CranioSacral therapy is a gentle, hands on modality. We begin by evaluating your CranialSacral rhythm, then work with your body to modify and correct restrictions and imbalances; improving wellness and enhancing self healing.

Lacey Birch

Lacey Birch is a Somatic Practitioner, yoga teacher, and CranioSacral Therapy practitioner. Specializing in trauma, Lacey is working towards her 300hr certification with the Trauma Center for Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY). She began her CST training in early 2025 and is continuing her education in 2026. She practices CST at Breathe Together Yoga (Los Gatos) and A Profound Touch of California (Campbell).
